The members of the Maryland Chapter of the International Cake Exploration Societé (ICES) welcome you to the Great American Cake Show and Wedding Cake Competition, formally part the Mid-Atlantic Cake Show, held at the Shipley Arena at the Carroll County Agriculture Center in Westminster, Maryland. The contest is open to everyone. In addition to providing an opportunity to showcase your cake decorating skills, we have planned many exciting demonstrations, live competitions and classes throughout the weekend, and have arranged for numerous prizes to be awarded.
